Sheffield’s trees: the crisis

The Sheffield City Council has given Amey, a multinational company, a 25 year contract to “maintain” its trees. As a result, a huge number of healthy mature trees are being felled. ┬áThese blog posts are about the felling, the campaign to stop it, and the authoritarian tactics being used in response.
